Hola

I've recently got a job in the past few weeks so I've not really had a chance to update with stuff. I have things lined up to put on here - a couple of cheeky projects - but it's a case of getting it ready to a level that I'm happy to show people.

Anyways, just wanted to put two things out there. Firstly, my major uni piece "The Tout" has been nominated for a regional RTS student award - I find out if it wins on 12th January I think, its up against two other good student films too so I wont be disappointed if it loses out to either of them (I'll put the two up after the awards, I'll see if I can ask them first to see if its okay).

Secondly, I said I'll put a link up to "A Bluebell Tale" the film that I made the intro/credit sequence too. It was made by a very talented young lady I got to know called Chloe and it can be viewed here.

To anyone that comes across this - have an awesome Christmas, have as much fun as you can!

Not had much to show as of late, been working on a few things notably a music video which should be done soonish and I have a few things in the pipeline for the not-so-distant future, so here's a vid of my good friend Jimmy Chaos busking outside of COMS before the City V Arsenal game, he got two free tickets and decided to take me! What a nice guy.

Although its not for the lack of trying on fates part!

I've actually been quite busy trying to find work (anything...) and doing this:

Been working on this film for my friend Chloe - doing this along with a little shot stablizing and some other things that didnt pull off.

I created this in After Effects, which I had no experience with before starting this. It was fun making it and I got to grips with AE quite well. (I'm planning on doing a few more things in this in my own time)

Anyways when the whole film is put online I will include the link on here so you can see my awesome post - work...

So I've been playing with Illustrator, so that I can claim to be some sort of "designer" (- as I ain't getting any other kind of job!) Attempting to make some nice images reminiscent of Mary Blair, this is probably my favourite - it's from a scene in "Love Me If You Dare".

This is the first animation I ever did. I still like it, obviously some of the movements poor, but theres a few nice touches in there I still like - and I actually get more comments about this than I do with my newer stuff. Give me stop motion over super - smooth 3D stuff any day of the week.

E4 Esting bird thing

Hola.

Out of boredom I made this Esting for E4's competition. I made the bird in Photoshop, animated it in Flash then added the glitter/texture in Shake, it took about 6-7 hours altogether, (but several of those were trying out different settings in Final Cut) - I think it would've looked hella better if I had made the bird in Illustrator as a vector graphic but I aint too hot at it atm, I guess thats what online tutorials are for!

I've not submitted it yet, the deadline isn't until August so I guess I'll see if I do anymore for it and send the bestest ever one.

Anyway, enough.

I set up a blog to put all my shiz on, as its probably easier than having a gazillion profiles all over the web. This will be here until I can organize some webspace to put a super-swish website on and then probably afterwards too as you know, anyone worth his grain of salt has a blog nowadays.
